Refund policy
- Our valid return eligibility window spans 30 calendar days counting from the date your package is officially signed for. All returned merchandise must remain unused, unmarked, free of stains, and retain complete factory packaging plus original brand labeling intact.
- Custom engraved personalized goods, final markdown clearance inventory and intimate hygiene merchandise are permanently non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to customization uniqueness and public sanitation standards.
- A formal return application must be filed through our official support channel to secure our pre-approved return warehouse address. Any parcels shipped back without prior case authorization will be refused and discarded without further notice.
- If your shipment arrives broken, factory-defective, mismatched or missing items as a result of our warehouse picking and packaging errors, we will cover all outbound return logistics fees and supply a prepaid shipping label.
- Returns initiated solely based on personal preference or unneeded merchandise require the buyer to bear all return delivery expenses. The initial shipping cost paid at checkout will not be credited back within any refund amount.
- Once returned goods pass full condition inspection at our receiving warehouse, refunds will be routed back to your original payment method within 8–12 business days. Fund arrival delays originating from bank or payment platform settlement cycles are outside our liability scope.
- Refund submissions will be outright rejected if returned items bear persistent wear marks, detached matching accessories, torn retail packaging or obvious signs of improper customer use.
- Product malfunctions and physical damage triggered by amateur self-installation, rough manual handling, prolonged daily wear or unauthorized private disassembly do not qualify for complimentary item replacement or full monetary reimbursement.
