  • All displayed delivery windows are approximate timelines calculated after parcels leave our warehouse. We disclaim liability for hold-ups caused by customs inspections, severe natural disasters, carrier network backlogs and regional transport restrictions.
  • Remote archipelagos, mountainous isolated zones and offshore territories incur supplementary delivery surcharges, which are fully itemized within your checkout summary before payment confirmation.
  • All cross-border import duties, customs administrative clearance fees and local sales consumption taxes are the exclusive financial responsibility of the receiving buyer.
  • Immediately after handover to the contracted logistics carrier, a unique parcel tracking ID will be sent to your registered inbox, enabling round-the-clock online shipment status monitoring.
  • Claims for lost or transit-damaged merchandise must be submitted via support email within 10 calendar days after the maximum projected delivery date, accompanied by official tracking screenshot evidence.
  • Delivery services are unavailable for postal PO boxes, military restricted drop-off zones and territories temporarily suspended by global international courier networks.
